Its probably going to be even more empty for a while. I heard that Starcraft 2 is officially released today. You know how these kids and their Blizzard games are....

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

Well I still have a half/mostly palsy right hand so not sure I'll be on TF2 nor Starcraf 2 when it finally arrives in the mail. At least it's improving.

"I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes. That way I wouldn't have to have any goddamn stupid useless conversations with anybody. If anybody wanted to tell me something they'd have to write it on a piece of paper and shove it over to me. They'd get bored as hell doing that after a while, and then I'd be through with having conversations for the rest of my life."

[link] I can't use the muscle that pulls my wrist up, nor the muscles that pull the fingers straight on my right hand. Have to play the waiting game on getting that control back. My sixth day into it, I can now kind of write with it if I have the wrist splint holding my wrist straight. Still tough to even hold my wrist straight for short periods at a time. It sucks.

so you pretty much slept on your arm cutting of circulation for a extended period of time.. resulting in a weakened muscle?

worse than weakened, no cirulation was cut off, the nerve itself controlling the muscles was pinched. So no commands are gettings to the muscles. I have to wait for the nerve to heal itself. So active exersize does nothing. Passively moving the hand with my other hand is just to keep the tendons and joints in working order. It's not the same as waking up with a numb arm that feels asleep and wont move for a few minutes. There is no numbness, trying to move the muscle produces no results period for 24 hours in my case. I'm now slowly getting my motor controls and strength back. Estimated 2-3 weeks total recovery time for me.
